PROCESS SERVICE:	Standard and difficult to serve. Last year we were asked to serve the second ranking officer in a major national corporation. Others had failed. He was on an upper floor of a 50-60 story building and well insulated by a receptionist, secretaries, and security. FAMILY LAW:	Adoption Issues Alimony/Child Support/Child Custody Estate Matters Locates / Missing Persons / Heirs Marital / Pre-marital Matters Recovery of Children HIGHLIGHTS In addition to the above, two of our most rewarding Family Law investigations involved recovering a little boy and a little girl for the fathers and paternal grandparents after the children were taken in violation of court orders by their mothers. In both cases, they only had sketchy information that the children and their mothers were in the Jacksonville area. Through exhaustive records searches, surveillance, other specialized investigative techniques, and close cooperation with the fathers' local attorneys as well as local law enforcement, we recovered both of the children unharmed and had them on airplanes the following day to return to their homes.

He said that when he started, only about 10% of those arrested were innocent of the crimes for which they were charged. Today, however, he claimed that nearly 40% of all of those arrested are not guilty of the charges against them. This is why criminal defense work can be so satisfying.
